Agritech startup DeHaat is collaborating with FPOs in Odisha with FPOs in Odisha with an aim of connecting them and their member farmers for a better market for various agri produce like corn, sweet potato, lemon grass oil and vegetables. DeHaat has on boarded 10 FPOs of Odisha and is working with them through it’s model of “end to end agri offering” for farmers. In the last 12 months DeHaat has started working with 7800 farmers in districts like Mayurbhanj, Dhenkanal, Nuapada, Nabrangpur and helping farmers to get quality agri input like seed and crop protection at right price and right time.
Presently, DeHaat is serving over 350,000 farmers across Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, WB and Odisha, DeHaat provides farmers with access to over 3,000 agricultural inputs, combined with AI based customized crop advisory content of pest and disease management.
DeHaat was started by young alumni of IIT Delhi, IIT Kharangpur, IIM Ahmedabad, IIT-ISM Dhanbad and NIT Jamshedpur which aims to provide one stop solution to farmers for their entire agri needs.
