Vidya Balan in Sambalpuri bandha saree by Ramakant Meher

From common man to celebrities, Odisha’s weavers have won hearts of many with their handloom products, especially with Sambalpur bandha (tie and dye) silk sarees.

During her E-promotion of upcoming film Shakuntala Devi, Vidya Balan took the social media blogging site, where she uploaded a picture dressed up with Odisha’s famous Sambalpuri saree.
