Ardhendu Sundar Sahu, a well-known Ollywood Actor and Son-in-law of Late Pradeep Maharathy has plunged into election campaign mode to support his brother-in-law Rudra Pratap Maharathy obeying all the covid norms.
Two days after Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik announced the name of Rudra Pratap Maharathy as BJD candidate for the ensuing bypoll to Pipili constituency, later met him at Naveen Nivas and the CM handed him the party ticket.
During the campaign, the Actor was seen marching along with his wife Pallavi Maharathy. They have been invoking memories of the late MLA of Pipili Constituency while seeking people’s support.
Talking to mediapersons, Rudra Maharathy’s sister Pallavi said, “Dad’s blessings are on him, so my brother will surely win.”
