Things to do for GOOD NIGHT sleep

Had a nice super hectic day today! But I have the best sleep. When I tried to do any of these things given below, after a nice busy day. You too try once!

Here is the list of things to follow:

  • Take a nice warm shower.
  • Give yourself a relaxing head massage.
  • Soak your feet in warm water.
  • Put a wet pack on your eyes and neck.
