Egg 65 is a spicy deep fried egg white dish originated from India as a quick snack.
65 …. Why it is called so. There is no such correct information regarding this.
But in society there are different theories like some says it’s 65 bcos it is invented in the year 1965, some says chicken is cut into 65 pieces and some people also say it’s bcos this recipe use 65 set of spices.
Whatever the story is or whatever the truth is .. trust me it’s a fantastic recipe .. Do Try.
Ingredients:
-10 Boiled Egg Whites (chopped)
-1/2 cup Gram Flour (besan)
-1 Egg
-1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
-1 tsp Green Chilli (chopped)
-1 tsp Garlic (chopped)
-1 tsp Ginger (chopped)
-1/4 tsp Garam Masala
-Salt
-Oil for Frying
Tempering:
-2 tbsp Oil
-1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
-3-4 Dried Red Chillies
-1/4 cup Curry Leaves
-1 tsp Green Chilli (chopped)
-Salt
-2 tsp Red chilli Sauce
-3 tbsp Tomato Sauce
