    Though Dahibara Aloo Dum is available in every corner of Odisha, it is said that this food is both Born and brought up in Cuttack.

    When it comes to Dahi Bara Aloo Dum, Cuttack has edge over all place in terms of taste & popularity.

    You can find the Dahi Bara Aloo Dum plates daily in maximum areas of silver city is either made at home or purchased from street stalls. 

    People of this place who have in for generations been in the business of serving this delicacy called Dahi Bara Aloo Dum. 

    The Dahi Bara is just Bara made from Biri soaked overnight and then fried in circular shape, then kept in curd water where as Aloo Dum (Dum Aloo in Odia) is the spicy gravy curry made from potatoes. Also Guguni which is kept silent is made out of Matar cury.

    Dish is served in eco-friendly leaves, garnishing with sew, chopped onion, dhaniya chutney.
